What We Do

Performance Nutrition & Wellness Coaching.

Through an intro call I learn more about where you are at on your nutrition & wellness journey as an athlete and help determine which coaching package is the best fit. Coaching programs range in time & depth. Youth and high school athletes' programs may be more entry level to nutrition and wellness with the focus on building overall healthy fueling habits. Collegiate and professional athlete’s programs likely involve more detail and high level communication to build individualized programming.

For all clients I use the Practice Better platform to send an initial questionnaire where I gather as much information as possible to understand current habits, routine, preferences to help determine how I can best help. During an initial meeting I provide performance nutrition education and we begin to narrow in on the areas we will begin to focus on. Together we develop an eating schedule built around your days/routine.

Throughout the program I will provide any supporting material we deem helpful such as snack guidelines, macronutrient portion examples, support while developing your own grocery lists, eating on the road guidelines, nutrition supplementation guidelines, assistance with locating a chef & chef collaboration, collaboration with athletic trainer/strength coach/PT for more collaborative team care (dependent on program).
